Please see below how to find the MAC address based on your device.

iPad

• Start at the home menu.
• Select Settings >General > About.
• Scroll down that screen and you'll see a setting called 'Wi-Fi Address', that is, the iPhone MAC address.

For iPad devices running iOS 14 or higher

• From the Home menu, tap on Settings.
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the Information Icon next to the WiFi network to connect to
• Scroll down to Wi-Fi Address and write down the address. This is the MAC address associated with this particular network. Note that each network will have a unique MAC address associated with it.

Amazon Fire Tablet

• Go to Settings > System > About > Network.
• The 'Wireless MAC address' is displayed on the screen.

Amazon Kindle

• From the Home screen press Menu.
• Select Settings.
• The 'Wireless MAC Address' is located toward the bottom of the screen in the Device Info section.

Other Android Tablet

• On the Home screen, tap the Menu key and go to Settings.
• Scroll down and tap About Tablet then tap Status and then scroll down to view WiFi Mac address.
